Course Description

The Two-Year Food and Beverage Apprenticeship Program is a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare individuals for careers in restaurant, hospitality, and beverage service management. This apprenticeship combines practical work experience with structured learning, allowing students to develop essential food and beverage service skills while working in real-world hospitality environments such as hotels, restaurants, resorts, and catering services.

Throughout the program, apprentices will gain experience in customer service, restaurant operations, food preparation, beverage service, bar management, and hospitality leadership.

Upon successful completion, students will receive a Food and Beverage- Apprenticeship program , which demonstrates proficiency in professional cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management.
